To use: spray on arms, legs, and torso. For sensitive skin, dilute with water and wash off after 20 minutes.
If you have a tingling feeling after spraying, it is usually a sign that your body has low magnesium levels. This tingling or itching will stop the more you use Magnesium Oil. To soothe this sensation, apply any moisturizer after spraying. You can also rinse the Magnesium off after rubbing it in.
